HOW IT WORKS:

• Pantoprazole Sodium: A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the production of stomach acid, allowing healing of the esophagus and stomach lining.
• Domperidone: A prokinetic agent that increases the movements or contractions of the stomach and intestines, improving the passage of food and reducing nausea.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Take one capsule before meals, preferably in the morning.
• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew.
• Follow the dosage as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

SIDE EFFECTS:

• Common: Headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, dizziness, and stomach pain.
• Serious: Severe allergic reactions, irregular heartbeat, and difficulty in breathing.

Inform your doctor if any side effects become severe or persistent. 

WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS:

• Contraindications: Do not use if you have hypersensitivity to Pantoprazole, Domperidone, or any of the ingredients. It is also contraindicated for patients with moderate or severe liver impairment and those with prolactinoma.
• Consultation: Consult your doctor about any existing medical conditions, especially liver or kidney problems. Discuss all medications you are currently taking to prevent potential interactions.
• Interactions: This medication can interact with drugs like ketoconazole, warfarin, and antiretroviral drugs. Avoid alcohol as it may increase the risk of stomach damage.
• Dosage Adherence: Adhere strictly to the recommended dosage unless directed otherwise by a healthcare provider.
• Storage: Store the medication in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children.
