Cyclotron 250mg

Cyclotron 250mg

Cycloserine present in Cycotron is indicated in the treatment of active pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis when the organisms are susceptible to this drug and after the failure of adequate treatment with the primary medications like all anti-tuberculous drugs. Cycloserine should be administered in conjunction with other effective chemotherapy and not as a sale therapeutic agent. The Usual dosage is 500 mg to 1g daily in divided doses, monitored by blood level determinations. A daily dosage of 1g should not be exceeded. It is better to consult with your doctor before taking the medication.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Interactions: Cycloserine may interact with other medications, such as isoniazid, ethionamide, and alcohol, which can increase the risk of side effects like seizures.
