Extra Super I-Cot

Extra Super I-Cot

Extra Super I Cot Tablets combine Tadalafil 40 mg and Dapoxetine 100 mg. Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, helps treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis. Dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), is effective for treating premature ejaculation by delaying ejaculation and enhancing control over ejaculation. This dual-action medication is designed to improve sexual performance and satisfaction in men experiencing both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

BENEFITS:

  • Tadalafil (40 mg): Treats erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, enabling a firm erection.
  • Dapoxetine (100 mg): Treats premature ejaculation (PE) by prolonging the time to ejaculation, enhancing control over ejaculation.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Tadalafil: Inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which regulates blood flow in the penis. This inhibition allows for increased blood flow, leading to an erection.
  • Dapoxetine: Selectively inhibits serotonin reuptake, delaying the ejaculation reflex and extending the time to ejaculation.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  • Take one tablet orally, with water, approximately 1-3 hours before anticipated sexual activity.
  • Avoid alcohol and large meals before taking this medication, as they may reduce its effectiveness.
  • Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

SIDE EFFECTS:

  • Common: Headache, dizziness, nausea, and flushing.
  • Serious: Prolonged erection (priapism), vision changes, and allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling).

Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience severe side effects or signs of an allergic reaction.

WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS:

  • Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to tadalafil, dapoxetine, or any ingredients in the tablets. Avoid use if you have severe heart or liver problems, or if you are taking medications containing nitrates or nitric oxide donors.
  • Consultation: Inform your doctor about any existing medical conditions, especially heart disease, low or high blood pressure, bleeding disorders, and any history of strokes or heart attacks. Discuss all medications and supplements you are currently taking to avoid potential interactions.
  • Interactions: Can interact with medications containing nitrates, alpha-blockers, certain antifungal medications, and HIV protease inhibitors. Avoid combining these medications without medical advice.
  • Storage: Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep the tablets in their original packaging and out of reach of children.
  • Dosage Adherence: Take the medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, as this can increase the risk of side effects and complications.

Note: Always consult your doctor before taking any medication.
