BENEFITS:

• Provides relief from allergic symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin rashes.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Levocetirizine HCl: An antihistamine that works by blocking histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms.
• Montelukast Sodium: A leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation and constriction in the airways, preventing asthma symptoms. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Shake the bottle well before each use.
• Measure the prescribed dose using the provided measuring cup or spoon.
• Take the suspension by mouth, with or without food, as directed by your doctor. 

SIDE EFFECTS:

• Common: Drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, and stomach pain.
• Serious: Severe allergic reactions, mood changes, and liver dysfunction.

Inform your doctor if any side effects become severe or persistent. 

WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS:

• Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to Levocetirizine, Montelukast, or any other ingredients in the formulation. It is also contraindicated for patients with severe kidney impairment.
• Consultation: Inform your doctor about any existing medical conditions, especially liver or kidney disease, mental health disorders, or a history of seizures. Discuss all medications and supplements you are currently taking to avoid potential interactions.
• Interactions: Can interact with drugs like phenobarbital, rifampin, and certain antifungal medications. Consult your doctor before combining it with other medications.
• Dosage Adherence: Take the medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip doses or discontinue use prematurely, as this can reduce its effectiveness.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
