Paroxi CR-25

BENEFITS:

Provides effective treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorder, and PTSD with a controlled release formulation for sustained relief throughout the day. 

HOW IT WORKS:

Acts as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), increasing serotonin levels in the brain to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and alleviate depressive symptoms gradually over time.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Take once daily as prescribed by your doctor, preferably in the morning.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water, without crushing or chewing.
• Can be taken with or without food. 

SIDE EFFECTS:

• Common: Nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, sweating, weakness, and loss of appetite.
• Serious: Severe mood changes, hallucinations, seizures, irregular heartbeat, severe allergic reactions.

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any severe side effects. 

WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS:

• Contraindications: Do not use if you have a known allergy to paroxetine, are taking MAO inhibitors, or have severe liver or kidney impairment. Avoid during pregnancy unless advised by a doctor.
• Consultation: Inform your doctor if you have a history of bipolar disorder, epilepsy, glaucoma, or if you are taking other medications, especially those affecting serotonin levels.
• Interactions: Be aware of interactions with other SSRIs, SNRIs, MAO inhibitors, antiplatelet drugs, NSAIDs, and other medications affecting serotonin levels. Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking.
• Storage: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
• Dosage Adherence: Follow the prescribed dosage and schedule strictly. Do not increase the dose or frequency without consulting your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible, but skip it if it is near the time for the next dose. Do not double the dose.
