This medicine is indicated for the treatment of Premature Ejaculation (P.E.) in adult men aged 18 to 64 years. A history of Premature Ejaculation in the majority of intercourse attempt over the prior 6 months should be administered only as on demand treatment before anticipated Sexual activity. The recommended starting dose for all patients is 30 mg, taken as needed approximately 1 to 3 hours prior to sexual activity. Must not be taken more frequently than once every 24 hours. Take Dapoxetine exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Do not take in larger or smaller quantity than prescribed. It is recommended to have regular followed up with the doctor while taking the medicine.

HOW IT WORKS:
Acts as a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases serotonin levels in the brain, enhancing control over ejaculation and increasing ejaculation latency.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Take 1-3 hours before anticipated sexual activity, as prescribed by your doctor.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew.
- Avoid taking more than one tablet within 24 hours.

- Common: Dizziness, headache, nausea, dry mouth, diarrhea, insomnia.
- Serious: Fainting, mood changes, irregular heartbeat, severe dizziness.

WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS:
- Contraindications: Do not use if you have a known allergy to dapoxetine or if you have heart problems, significant liver impairment, or a history of fainting.
